Prillus provides precision patent illustration services to inventors, attorneys and other intellectual property professionals. Since our founding by Ken Hoekema in 1998, Prillus has evolved to also provide logo and trademark design, 3D modeling and rendering. We continue to expand our services into animation, character design and other design services where our skills and experience give us a competitive advantage.
The Hoekema’s feel blessed to live and base their business in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, in Spokane, Washington. Spokane is the birthplace and home of Ken and his wife Kami. They raise their children and are connected to their extensive families in the Spokane and surrounding areas. Away from work, the family can usually be found enjoying an outdoor pursuit such as mountain biking, boating, hiking, picnicking or skiing.
The Prillus team is a family business at its core. With over 25 years of patent illustration experience, Ken Hoekema manages a growing group of drafters and illustrators to promptly deliver the highest quality product. Nicole does split duties as bookkeeper and cad drafter. Rachel is a mixed-media artist and Visio expert. Kami helps out with bookkeeping, support and promotions and Chandler is our cad intern/trainee. Together, the team works hard to please our clients with quality, timeliness and communication. |
